The Operations Manager works directly with the Pensionmark corporate service team and works with Relationship Managers to support daily customer service of clients and overall office support.
The Investment Analyst works directly with Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, and Pensionmark Consultants to assist them in providing investment advisory services to corporations and individual investors. The Investment Analyst is responsible for managing the client investment fund reporting process, establishing and maintaining knowledge of a broad range of investments and managers, and contributing to investment and economic research. The Investment Analyst is directly involved in all aspects of the investment consulting process and will have direct interaction with the clients.
The Investment Analyst is expected to have a high level of investment knowledge and be familiar with the investment consulting and investment management industries. Candidates should possess 3 or more years of relevant experience, and should have completed or be enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
Primary responsibility of the Relationship Manager is to oversee and provide advisory services to assigned Retirement Plan clients. Relationship Managers are measured based on their ability to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
